Our delightful house is full of period charm, exposed beams,
flagstones floors, feature fireplaces, a quirky staircase and
interesting objects, with all the thoughtful little extras for your
holiday.
The porch opens into the cosy lounge, welcoming you with the comfortable sofas, stone inglenook fireplace housing the wood burner, TV and a selection of books.
Walk through to the kitchen/diner with the dining table taking centre stage with space for everyone to gather round and enjoy a meal together.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher with all the extra equipment you need to rustle up a meal if you decide to eat in.
After dinner, relax in the lounge and plan your activities or watch a film on the TV.
Around the corner is the lovely bathroom with bath and WC, and the double bedroom, designed for a good night’s sleep.
Up the wooden staircase to the first floor you will find the further three beautiful bedrooms to choose from, another double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with exposed beams and lovely views to wake up to.
After a full day out, relax in a hot bubble bath in the second bathroom with bath and WC.
Outside, the house is surrounded by the enclosed garden with lawn, trees and gates to the lake and into the paddocks.
This idyllic spot is perfect to unwind and embrace the view or to enjoy a morning coffee or al fresco dining on the picnic benches on the patio. If you are bringing your bikes, there is a shed with storage space and hose to wash them down, there is also off-road parking at the property for four cars.
